The first studio Activities in week 5 is to create a model of the space that I live in, I made my room on a scale of one to ten. As you can see, I'm using the right hand side. The material used is a snack box, the barrier in the middle of the bed is unstable because the paper is soft. So I tried adding toothpicks to the sides to make it stand. In the fifth week of online tutorial, I learned the folding skills. I used two of them in my model. One is to crush the white paper to make it look layered, and use it as wallpaper to make the room look less boring. The second is a decoration of round pieces of paper. I think it can be designed as a practical night light to make the room cozy.

WEEK 7 Studio Activities (2) Fusion 360 2.5d model

.The third one on the left is my room. The materials are express cartons. Its thickness is 3mm, which is the same as the requirements of our laser cutting model, that’s why I choose to use it.  I made a model of the Fusion 360 2.5d model for my apartment. Because the first time I used this software, I made mistake like the bottom graph. Luckily, its easy to fix and the Illustrator was completed successfully.
